Personal Training
Personal training is a great way for any individual to improve their health and fitness in a structured and controlled setting. Our highly qualified personal trainers have experience in strength and conditioning programming to meet a variety of fitness goals, including getting faster, stronger, leaner, and improving your quality of life. Whether you are brand new to the gym or looking to hone in on your training, we can guide you in the right direction. We offer one-on-one personal training as well as small group training with groups of two, so that the programming can be customized to your individual strengths, weaknesses, and needs.
Personal training starts with a one-on-one meeting with your trainer to discuss your medical history to make sure you are a healthy candidate for personal training. We advise all members to check with their physician prior to participating in an exercise program. The initial meeting will also be a chance to discuss your personal exercise history and develop measurable, achievable goals. This will allow your personal trainer to construct a plan to meet that will meet these goals while fitting to your schedule. Whether it’s meeting once, three times, or every day in a week, your trainer will be here to guide and support you.
Functional Fitness Training
Functional fitness involves exercises that are designed to improve how you move in your everyday life and increase your general physical preparedness (GPP). It combines strength, flexibility, conditioning, mobility, power, and stability to keep your body moving the way it was made to. The next time you squat down to pick up your child or carry in bags of groceries in one trip, do it with the confidence that you have the mobility, strength, and stability to perform any task life throws at you.
We provide a functional fitness-focused workout each day for those who don’t have time to meet with a personal trainer or develop their own programming. Come in and train at your own pace, with exercises that can be modified to your fitness level that will improve your GPP for life.
