Jeff's experience with physical therapy began as a patient himself, while playing baseball and running competitively. His interest in sports rehab led to a job as a clinic assistant in high school, and that exposure confirmed to him that physical therapy was what he wanted to pursue for his career.
Jeff attended High Point University in North Carolina on scholarship for Track and Cross Country, also receiving his Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science while competing at a high level in running which would become an area of expertise. He returned to Canada and earned a Master's of Science in Physiotherapy from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. Upon graduation, Jeff achieved the Diploma of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy earning him a Fellowship from the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT) and maintains his fellowship through the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT).
In addition to manual therapy, Jeff is certified in Dry Needling, is CrossFit Level I coach certified, and has taken courses in running Injury management, concussion management, vestibular management, and others. Jeff has experience in teaching and mentorship
